ABOUT THE MANAGING DIRECTOR
A distinguished 35-year career in fire safety, security and automation where he's made significant impacts and contributions. As a leader and founder, he's been instrumental in establishing key industry organizations like the Fire & Security Association of India (FSAI), the National Federation of Engineers for Electrical Safety (NFE) and the Forum Of Construction Utility Services (FOCUS). Dominic has held high-ranking positions including National President of FSAI, Vice President of FOCUS, and Chairperson of Marketing for NFE, playing a crucial role in promoting the growth of India's building critical services industry since 2002.
Dominic's leadership skills have also shone in his management roles at leading companies such as Mircom, Honeywell, Vista and DATS culminating in his current position as Managing Director of Blue and Gray Business Consultancy Pvt Ltd.
His expertise in marketing, business development, event planning and motivational speaking has made him a versatile leader who not only drives industry forward but also inspires innovation and change. In summary, Dominic's extensive experience, leadership and dedication have established him as a prominent figure in the Fire, Safety, Security and Automation sectors
